The AER has received regulatory proposals from the Victorian electricity distribution service providers (DNSPs), CitiPower, Powercor, Jemena, SP AusNet and United Energy, in relation to their Victorian electricity distribution networks. The proposals cover the 2011 to 2015 regulatory period and include information on the DNSPs' proposed capital and operating expenditure for that period.

Interested parties are invited to provide written submissions to the AER on the regulatory proposals by close of business Thursday 11 February.

The regulatory proposals and supporting information are available on the AER's website.

Negotiated distribution service criteria

The AER has published its proposed negotiated distribution service criteria (NDSC) to apply to CitiPower, Powercor, Jemena, SP AusNet and United Energy for the 2011 2015 regulatory period. The negotiating criteria set out the principles that DNSPs must adhere to in negotiating terms and conditions for negotiated distribution services. Interested parties are invited to provide written submissions on the NDSC by close of business Thursday 11 February.
