The Australian Energy Regulator has today advertised the position of National Gas Rules Dispute Resolution Adviser.
The Dispute Resolution Adviser is appointed to ensure the effective operation of the dispute resolution process in Part 15C of the National Gas Rules. This framework replaces that in place under the Victorian Market and Systems Operations Rules prior to 1 July 2009.

Expressions of interest should be submitted to AERInquiryaer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERInquiry[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au) (marked "National Gas Rules Dispute Resolution Adviser"), and should include a one page summary of the applicant's claims against the selection criteria and a current curriculum vitae providing details of the applicant's mediation, arbitration or alternative dispute resolution accreditation and qualifications.
The closing date for expression of interest is 19 August 2009.
