In accordance with clause 6.18.2(c) of the transitional chapter 6 rules, (appendix 1 of chapter 11 of the National Electricity Rules), the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has published ActewAGL’s, EnergyAustralia’s and Integral Energy’s pricing proposals. These pricing proposals have been prepared to comply with the AER’s distribution determinations for these networks published on 30 April 2009.
Country Energy’s pricing proposal will be published once received.
The AER must approve each proposal if it is satisfied they comply with rule requirements and any applicable distribution determination, and if all forecasts associated with the proposal are reasonable. This approval is expected to be made by 1 June 2009.
Each DNSP is required to maintain pricing information in relation to approved pricing proposals on their respective websites.
The NSW DNSPs’ pricing proposals are available on the AER’s website.
ActewAGL’s pricing proposal can be found on the AER’s website.
