The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has released its supplementary draft decision in relation to alternative control (public lighting) services provided by Country Energy, EnergyAustralia, and Integral Energy for the period 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2014.
The supplementary draft decision is now available on the AER's website.
The AER will make its final decision on NSW public lighting services as part of its final determination for the NSW distribution businesses in late April 2009.
Submissions
Interested parties can also lodge submissions in response to the supplementary draft decision. Submissions need to be sent to the AER by Friday, 27 March 2009.

The AER prefers that all submissions be publicly available to facilitate an informed and transparent consultative process. Submissions will be treated as public documents unless otherwise requested. Parties wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:
- clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
- provide a non-confidential version of the submission.
All non-confidential submissions will be placed on the AER's website.
The AER will deal with all information it receives in the draft decision process, including submissions on the supplementary draft decision, in accordance with the ACCC/AER information policy. The policy is available at the AER's website.
Copies of the regulatory proposals and other information submitted by the NSW distribution businesses and submissions from interested parties are available on the AER's website.
