The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) released a draft decision on ActewAGL’s distribution determination for the regulatory control period 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2014 on 28 November 2008.
Under clause 6.10.3 of the transitional chapter 6 rules, ActewAGL may submit a revised regulatory proposal to the AER.
The AER has received ActewAGL’s revised regulatory proposal which is available on the AER’s website. Interested parties can request copies of non-confidential supporting documentation provided by ActewAGL with its regulatory proposal by emailing aerinquiry
aer [dot] gov [dot] au (aerinquiry[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au). Supporting documents will be provided on a CD.
Submissions
Interested parties are reminded they can lodge submissions in response to the AER’s draft decision. Submissions need to be sent to the AER by Monday, 16 February 2009.

To facilitate an informed, transparent and robust consultation process, the AER prefers that all submissions be in an electronic format and publicly available.
