On 1 October 2019, CitiPower submitted a draft annual pricing proposal for the period 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020. On 14 October 2019, CitiPower submitted a revised annual pricing proposal (attachment A).
On 1 November 2019, the AER approved CitiPower's revised annual pricing proposal. This was after assessing the pricing proposal and updates as compliant the National Electricity Rules, its approved 2017-20 Tariff Structure Statement and the AER's distribution determination 2016-20.
