On 1 September 2016 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) received an access arrangement proposal for the Roma to Brisbane Pipeline (RBP) for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2022. The proposal was submitted by the service provider of the RBP, APT Petroleum Pipelines Limited (APTPPL).
On 30 November 2017 we published our final decision on the access arrangement that will apply to the RBP for the period 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2022.
On 20 May 2020, APTPPL applied to the AER under clause 65 of the National Gas Rules (NGR) for approval to vary the terms of the RBP's 2017–22 gas access arrangement. The variation requested by APTPPL relates to the annual reference tariff adjustment formula. The AER approved the variation requested by APTPPL on 16 June 2020.
