Background
On 24 February 2022, the AER accepted an application from ERC Energy for an electricity retailer authorisation under the Retail Law. One submission was received for consultation period between 24 February and 18 March 2022.
On 22 December 2023, the AER reopened submissions on this application which closed on 2 February 2024. No further submissions were received.
