Powerdirect Pty Ltd (Powerdirect) was transitioned to a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Regulations. A full list of transitioned retailers is available in Schedule 2 of the Regulations.
Surrender of authorisation
On 9 September 2022, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved Powerdirect's application to surrender its electricity retailer authorisation.
The surrender will take effect on 2 March 2023.
