The AER Culture Plan focuses on growing an organisational culture that supports the strategic direction set out in our Strategic Plan 2020–25. As the AER’s organisational functions and responsibilities continue to grow, the AER’s Culture Plan outlines actions that will be implemented to build upon our culture, abilities and talents, so that we can continue to support outcomes for consumers.
The actions have been developed from ideas generated across the organisation, and insights learned through the APS census and AER stakeholder survey.
