Momentum Energy Pty Ltd (Momentum Energy) has paid penalties totalling $100,000 following the issue of five infringement notices by the AER. The AER alleges that Momentum Energy failed to keep its life support register up to date by incorrectly removing the customers requiring life support equipment from its life support register.
