On 15 December 2006, Powerlink Queensland submitted a supplementary revenue cap application containing new information that it would like the AER to take into account in making its final revenue cap decision.
A copy of the supplementary revenue proposal is attached. A copy of Powerlink's application and the AER's draft decision is available from the AER's website, www.aer.gov.au.
Interested parties are invited to make written submissions to the AER on Powerlink's supplementary application by Friday 9 February 2007. The AER prefers that all submissions be publicly available, to facilitate an informed and transparent consultation process.
