On 20 December 2006 the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission issued its final decision under the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipeline Systems with respect to the revised access arrangement proposed by APT Petroleum Pipelines Limited (APTPPL) for the Roma to Brisbane Pipeline. The final decision document is attached.
APTPPL's revised access arrangement, submissions received and consultants reports relating to this final decision are available from the AER's website, www.aer.gov.au.
APTPPL is required to submit its revised amended access arrangement by 9 February 2007.
