Gas distribution tariffs in NSW for Jemena Gas Networks from 1 July 2017

The AER has today published an open letter to all stakeholders outlining its approach to the setting of 1 July 2017 gas distribution reference tariffs for the NSW gas distributor, Jemena Gas Networks (JGN), in the context of the February 2016 decision of the Australian Competition Tribunal and on-going appeals process.
