The Australian Energy Regulator has published its 2011-13 performance report for electricity distribution networks.
The report covers all distributors in the National Electricity Market, and provides information on expenditures by distributors and the level of service experienced by their customers. It focuses on the years 2011 to 2013, when we commenced regulation of all DNSPs in the NEM.
This report has been prepared in accordance with section 28V of the National Electricity Law and reflects our priorities and objectives for NSP performance reporting. It has been prepared as part of our network reporting and information strategy. The report is based on information provided by the distributors to the AER, as well as distribution determinations, regulatory proposals, and information from previous state regulators. All distributors were given an opportunity to review the data used and provide commentary on the information presented.
