AER releases amended SP AusNet distribution determination in accordance with Federal Court order

On 16 August 2013 the AER amended SP AusNet’s Victoria distribution determination 2011-15 by adjusting the regulatory asset base in accordance with Federal Court orders made on 20 December 2012. This results in an increase to SP AusNet’s revenues, such that customers on a single rate tariff will experience approximately a $1 increase in their charges in 2014 and 2015.
