On 22 December 2006, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) released its determination granting authorisation to the Western Australian Wholesale Electricity Market Rules. Please find the determination attached.
This determination takes into account matters raised in response to the draft determination released on 22 September 2006.

A person dissatisfied with the determination may apply to the Australian Competition Tribunal for its review.
