In its draft decision on VENCorp's transmission determination the AER did not approve VENCorp's proposed negotiating framework, which required amendment in order to comply with the minimum requirements of the NER. On 23 January 2008, in response to the draft decision, VENCorp submitted a revised negotiating framework for consideration by the AER. The AER expects to release its final decision on VENCorp’s transmission determination, including its negotiating framework, in April 2008.
VENCorp's revised proposed negotiating framework is now available on the AER's website.
Interested parties are invited to make written submissions to the AER on VENCorp's revised proposed negotiating by Tuesday, 19 February 2008.
Submissions can be sent electronically to aerinquiryaer [dot] gov [dot] au (aerinquiry[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au).
