On 7 June 2007 VENCorp lodged its proposed pricing methodology under the AER's agreed interim requirements. Under the agreed interim requirements VENCorp has now elected to have its proposed pricing methodology assessed against the AER's pricing methodology guidelines, which were published on 29 October 2007.
In its draft decision on VENCorp's transmission determination the AER did not approve VENCorp's proposed pricing methodology, which required amendment in order to comply with the pricing guidelines. VENCorp was required to submit a revised proposed pricing methodology to the AER by 14 December 2007.
VENCorp's revised proposed pricing methodology is now available on the AER's website. Interested parties are invited to make written submissions to the AER on VENCorp's revised proposed pricing methodology by Tuesday, 5 February 2008.

The AER prefers that all submissions be publicly available to facilitate an informed and transparent consultative process. Submissions will be treated as public documents unless otherwise requested. Parties wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:
- clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
- provide a non-confidential version of the submission.
All non-confidential submissions will be placed on the AER's website.
