On 17 April 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from The Trustee for DWPF Deepwater Plaza Trust for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law to sell energy at Deepwater Plaza Shopping Centre, Woy Woy, NSW.

Invitation for submissions

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on The Trustee for DWPF Deepwater Plaza Trust's application by Tuesday, 21 May 2019. Submissions should be emailed "Attention: Angela Bourke, General Manager, Consumers and Markets Branch" at AERexemptionsataer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERExemptions[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au) with the following title in the email: The Trustee for DWPF Deepwater Plaza Trust - application for an individual exemption.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to grant The Trustee for DWPF Deepwater Plaza Trust's application.
