On 8 January 2016, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) granted an individual exemption to Thomas Wolf Energy Pty Ltd from the requirement to obtain an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on the application for individual exemption. Consultation on the applications closed on 17 December 2015. No submissions were received.
