On 17 April 2023, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Stockland Property Management Pty Ltd (Stockland) to cancel the individual exemption it was granted on 11 August 2016 for the sale of electricity at Balgowlah Shopping Centre, 197-215 Condamine Street Balgowlah NSW 2540. Stockland requested the cancellation of the exemption on the grounds that the site is under new management and energy is now being supplied by RMS UTILITIES PTY LTD / ABN 64 625 823 074.
Invitation for submission
Following the process set out in section 10.1 of the AER Exempt Selling Guideline, we are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on SAS Trustee's application to cancel the exemption by 21 May 2024.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to cancel Stockland's exemption.
