On 6 February 2006 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) received an application from SP AusNet requesting approval for it to pass-through the effects of a Change in Tax Event into transmission charges under the pass-through rules in SP AusNet's 2002 revenue cap decision (section 5.7.5).
SP AusNet’s application relates to a Change in Taxes Event which resulted from the introduction of the Land Tax (Amendment) Act 2004 (Vic). The application can be found on the AER's website.
