On 6 June 2014, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) granted an individual exemption to Solar Professionals from the requirement to obtain an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on Solar Professionals' application for an individual exemption. Consultation on the application closed on 7 April 2014. No submissions were received.
