On 27 June 2014, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) granted an individual exemption to Solar Financial Solutions from the requirement to obtain an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on Solar Financial Solutions' application for an individual exemption. Consultation on the application closed on 7 May 2014. One submission was received.
