On 17 May 2017, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Seabrae CTS 16658 for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law for 77-79 Marine Parade Redcliffe QLD.
Invitation for submissions
We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on Seabrae CTS 16658's application by Thursday 15 June 2017. Submissions should be emailed “Attention: Sarah Proudfoot, General Manager, Retail Markets Branch” at AERExemptionsaer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERExemptions[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au (link sends e-mail)) with the following title in the email: Seabrae CTS 16658 - 77-79 Marine Parade - application for an individual exemption.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to grant Seabrae CTS 16658's application.
The AER prefers that all submissions be sent in an electronic format in Microsoft Word or other text readable document form and publicly available, to facilitate an informed, transparent and robust consultation process. Accordingly, submissions will be treated as public documents and posted on the AER's website, unless prior arrangements are made with the AER to treat the submission, or portions of it, as confidential. Those wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:
- clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
- provide a non-confidential version of the submission.
