On 14 February 2014, APT Petroleum Pipelines Limited, operator of the Roma to Brisbane Pipeline, applied to the AER for a negative cost pass through of $397,678.
This is for the difference between forecast and actual carbon-related charges it had incurred.
If approved, the pass through will take effect from 1 July 2014.
