GasNet Australia Pty Ltd submitted proposed revisions to its access arrangement for the Principal Transmission System (PTS) to the ACCC for approval under the National Third Party Access Code for Natural Gas Pipeline Systems on 30 April 2007. The access arrangement describes the terms and conditions under which GasNet offers third party access to the PTS. The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) is assisting the ACCC in this assessment.
The proposed access arrangement and associated supporting documentation are available from the AER website www.aer.gov.au (under ‘Regulation/Gas Transmission Pipelines’).
