The AER is preparing to undertake regulatory determinations for electricity distribution network service providers (DNSPs) in Victoria to apply in the 2011–15 regulatory control period and is hosting a public forum in Melbourne on 17 December 2009 in which the Victorian DNSPs will present their regulatory proposals. The forum will be held at the Rendezvous Hotel, 328 Flinders Street, Melbourne, between 9:30am and 2pm.
The DNSPs' regulatory proposals will be available tomorrow on the AER's website. Further information about the public forum is also available on the AER's website.
The AER is publishing the regulatory proposals at an earlier stage so that stakeholders have an opportunity to read the proposals prior to the public forum. The AER intends to commence formal consultation on the regulatory proposals in accordance with the National Electricity Rules later this month.
