On 23 December 2021, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved a gas retailer authorisation application from ReAmped Energy Pty Ltd (ReAmped Energy) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). ReAmped Energy is now authorised to retail gas as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
The AER sought submissions from interested stakeholders. Consultation on the application closed Monday 4 October 2021. No submissions were received.
