The AER has published historical retail energy market performance data. The data is published in an Excel format to enable stakeholders to easily download and use the statistics. Stakeholders are now able to see data for the 2015-16 and 2016-17 financial years, in addition to the data published for 2017-18 and up to Quarter 2 2018-19. Stakeholders can access data on customer numbers, switching, complaints, debt, payment plans, hardship and disconnections.
The Excel spreadsheets contains a large amount of granular retail performance data, however if more data is required please email marketperformance
