Publication of AER's draft decision for Aurora Energy

The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) wishes to advise interested parties that the intended publication date for its draft distribution determination for Aurora Energy Pty Ltd is Wednesday 30 November 2011.

The AER intends to host a predetermination conference on its draft determination. The predetermination conference is an opportunity for the AER to outline its draft distribution determination and to receive oral submissions from interested parties. The predetermination conference will be on Tuesday 13 December at:
