The AER received the access arrangement proposal for the NSW gas distribution network owned by Jemena Gas Networks (NSW) Ltd on 25 August 2009. The access arrangement proposal outlines the proposed terms and conditions of access for the distribution network for the period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015.

The AER is currently completing its preliminary examination of the access arrangement proposal and expects to publish Jemena’s access arrangement proposal on 15 September 2009.
