Preparations for South Australian distribution determination 2010 to 2015

The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) is preparing to receive a regulatory proposal from ETSA Utilities, the South Australian electricity distributor. The attached notice is to inform interested parties about the AER’s process for considering this proposal and making a distribution determination for ETSA Utilities. The AER’s distribution determination will cover the period from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015. Please read attached document for further information.
