Preparations for Queensland distribution determinations 2010 to 2015

The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) is preparing to receive regulatory proposals from Energex and Ergon Energy, the Queensland electricity distributors. The attached notice is to inform interested parties about the AER’s process for considering these proposals and making a distribution determination for each distributor. The AER’s distribution determinations will cover the period from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015. Please read attached document for further information.
