On 18 December 2013 the AER issued its Preliminary positions paper, Framework and approach for Energex for the regulatory control period of 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2020.
Invitation for submissions
Interested parties are invited to make written submissions to the AER by COB on Wednesday 19 February 2014.

The AER prefers that all submissions be publically available to facilitate an informed and transparent consultative process. Submissions will be treated as public documents unless otherwise requested. Parties wishing to submit confidential informaton are requested to:
- clearly identify the informaton that is the subject of the confidentiality claim
- provide a non-confidential version of the submission in a form suitable for publications.
All non-confidential submissions will be placed on the AER's website.
