On 5 January 2016, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved an application from Power Savings Australia Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on the application. Consultation closed on 15 September 2015. No submissions were received.
