It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Heather I’Anson.
Heather was a rural advocate from South Australia and an inaugural member of our Customer Consultative Group.
Heather had participated in various Australian Energy Regulator (AER) reference groups and more recently was an active participant on the Rate of Return Consumer Reference Group.
Heather made a valued contribution to the work of the AER over many years and was passionate about promoting the interests of rural consumers.
She will be missed.
