On 8 January 2016, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) granted an individual exemption to P & N NSW Pty Ltd from the requirement to obtain an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on the application for individual exemption. Consultation on the applications closed on 12 November 2015. No submissions were received.
