On 25 July 2014, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) granted an individual exemption to Nue Pty Ltd from the requirement to obtain an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on the Nue Pty Ltd application for an individual exemption. Consultation on the application closed on 10 July 2014. No Submissions were received.
