Notice of predetermination conference for impending Tasmanian transmission determination for Transend
In accordance with the National Electricity Rules, the AER is intending to release a draft determination for the Tasmanian transmission network service provider, Transend, for the 2009–14 regulatory control period, by the end of November 2008.
The AER will release a separate notice at the time of release of the draft determination.
Predetermination conference - Transend
The AER has scheduled a predetermination conference on the draft determination for Transend in Hobart on Wednesday 10 December 2008, at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, 1 Davey St Hobart. The purpose of the predetermination conference is to explain the draft decision and receive oral submissions from interested parties.

The AER has scheduled a predetermination conference on the draft determinations for ActewAGL and Country Energy in Canberra on Monday 8 December 2008, at the AER Canberra office, 23 Marcus Clarke St Canberra. A predetermination conference for the draft determinations for EnergyAustralia, Integral Energy and TransGrid will be held in Sydney on Tuesday 9 December 2008. The purpose of the predetermination conferences is to explain the draft decisions and receive oral submissions from interested parties.

The AER has scheduled a predetermination conference on the draft determinations for EnergyAustralia, Integral Energy and TransGrid on Tuesday 9 December 2008, at the Swissotel Sydney, 68 Market St, Sydney. A predetermination conference for the draft determinations for ActewAGL and Country Energy will be held in Canberra on Monday 8 December 2008.
