The AER has just published its latest quarterly compliance report for the National Electricity Market. The report summarise the results of the AER compliance monitoring and enforcement activities during the period April–June 2007. It provides an overview of the results of investigations conducted by the AER including special reports into significant market or power system events and the results of the AER’s targeted compliance program.
