The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) invites you to attend a public forum to discuss the upcoming price reviews for the ACT and NSW electricity distribution businesses. Details of forum times are given below.
At the forums the AER will:
- Outline the AER’s roles in administering chapter 6 of the Rules and undertaking regulatory determinations for the ACT & NSW electricity distribution businesses for 2009-14
- Transitional requirements in the Rules
- Milestones in the conduct of the regulatory determinations
- Development of guidelines required to conduct the regulatory determinations
