On 27 June 2008, the AER released communications numbered 121 and 123 (see attached) which, amongst other things, informed interested parties that the AER:
- is seeking submissions on the ACT and NSW DNSPs 2009-2014 regulatory proposals, and
- has published an Explanatory Statement and Issues Paper on the proposed Negotiable Component Criteria (NCC) for the NSW and ACT DNSPs and the proposed Negotiated Distribution Service Criteria for EnergyAustralia (Issues Paper).
At the time of publication of the Issues Paper, the AER was only aware of ActewAGL and EnergyAustralia’s submissions concerning negotiable components of direct control services.
The AER has now identified that Integral Energy made submissions in relation to negotiable components of direct control services. Integral Energy’s negotiable component submissions are contained in Appendix H to its regulatory proposal. The attachment sets out a summary of Integral Energy’s submissions on negotiable components and sets out specific issues for comment. Appendix H to Integral Energy’s regulatory proposal is available on the AER website.
