On 15 May 2015, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) granted an individual exemption to Global SPV 12 Pty Ltd from the requirement to obtain an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on the application for individual exemption. Consultation on the applications closed on 17 April 2015. No submissions were received.
