On 14 January 2015, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) granted an individual exemption to Global Clean Energy Finance from the requirement to obtain an electricity retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
The AER sought public submissions on Global Clean Energy Finance's application for an individual exemption. Consultation on the application closed on 19 December 2014. No submissions were received.
