Establishment of auditors panel for the RRO

The AER has established the initial Auditors Panel for the retailer reliability obligation (RRO).

As part of the RRO liable entities are required to have their bespoke firmness methodology, and the way they have been applied to a non-standard qualifying contract, approved by an independent auditor on the AER's Auditors Panel.

Expressions of interest to join the initial panel closed on October 31 2019. More information on the panel's role and who has been appointed.
