The purpose of this notice is to advise interested parties that the AER intends to publish its draft distribution determinations on the Queensland electricity distributor’s regulatory proposals on Monday 30 November and will hold a public forum on its draft determinations in Brisbane on 8 December 2009. The purpose of the forum is for the AER to explain its draft distribution determination and to receive oral submissions from interested parties.
