On 18 June 2021, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from EN Project Company One Pty Ltd (EN Project Company One) to cancel the individual exemption it was granted on 8 November 2017 for the sale electricity at Griffin Plaza shopping centre. EN Project Company One requested the cancellation of the exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates Griffith Plaza shopping centre and does not sell electricity at 2 Yambil Street, Griffith, NSW.
Invitation for submissions
Following the process set out in section 9.1 of the AER Exempt Selling Guideline, we are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on EN Project Company One's application to cancel the exemption by Friday 20 August 2021.

We will take into account submissions in deciding whether or not to cancel EN Project Company One's exemption.
The AER prefers that all submissions be sent in an electronic format in Microsoft Word or other text readable document form and publicly available, to facilitate an informed, transparent and robust consultation process. Accordingly, submissions will be treated as public documents and posted on the AER's website, unless prior arrangements are made with the AER to treat the submission, or portions of it, as confidential. Those wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:
- clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
- provide a non-confidential version of the submission.
