On 9 October 2009 the AER received an application from ElectraNet, the South Australian electricity transmission network service provider, requesting approval to amend its current revenue determination to meet the additional cost of the Adelaide Central Reinforcement project. ElectraNet’s application is attached and is available on the AER’s website.
The application is being considered in accordance with ElectraNet’s 2008/09-2012/13 transmission network revenue cap (April 2008).
Interested parties are invited to make submissions on the application. Submissions can be sent electronically to AERInquiry

The AER prefers that all submissions be publicly available to facilitate an informed and transparent consultative process. Submissions will be treated as public documents unless otherwise requested. Parties wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:
- clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and
- provide a non-confidential version of the submission.
All non-confidential submissions will be placed on the AER's website.
